Welcome to Simulated Concepts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simulated Concepts platform, website, games, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Simulated Concepts. Persons under 18 may only use the Service through a Parent Account managed by their parent or legal guardian.

1.2. Parent accounts may create and manage Child accounts. The parent or guardian is responsible for all activity conducted under their Child accounts.

1.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

1.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription and Payments

2.1. Simulated Concepts offers a free tier with access to select games and a Premium subscription tier with access to all games.

2.2. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly ($19.95/month) or annual ($200.00/year) basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

2.3. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2.4. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days may request a prorated refund.

2.5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

3.2. You shall not:

• Use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Share, distribute, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

4. Child Safety

4.1. Simulated Concepts is designed with child safety as a core principle. All multiplayer communication is subject to monitoring and content filtering.

4.2. Parents may configure monitoring parameters for their Child accounts, including chat permissions, play time windows, friend list approvals, and direct messaging restrictions.

4.3. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that endangers minors. Credible threats are escalated to appropriate authorities.

4.4. Users who interact with minors on the platform must do so in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Service -- including games, graphics, text, software, and trademarks -- is the property of Simulated Concepts, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

6.1. Any content you submit through the Service (chat messages, profile information, feedback) remains your property, but you grant Simulated Concepts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to operate the Service.

6.2. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.

7. Termination

7.1. You may cancel your account at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting support.

7.2. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or its users.

7.3. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2. Simulated Concepts does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
