Emergency Situations
If you believe a child is in immediate danger or a situation involves a credible threat of harm, do not rely solely on our reporting system. Contact your local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
After contacting authorities, please also submit a report through our platform so our team can take appropriate action on our end.
For Parents
If your child reports something concerning to you about their experience on the platform, we encourage you to:
- Review your child's recent activity and chat history through Parental Controls
- Submit a report on your child's behalf with as much detail as they can provide
- Adjust your child's communication and access settings if needed
We take every report involving a child account seriously and prioritize these cases in our review process.
