Simulated Concepts is a family-first gaming platform. These Community Guidelines establish the standards of behavior expected from all users. By using our Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Respect All Users

2.3. Do not share content that is sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for minors.
2.4. Any behavior that endangers or exploits a child will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
3. Communication Standards
3.1. All in-game chat and messaging is subject to content filtering and monitoring.
3.2. Do not use profanity, obscene language, or slurs in any communication on the platform.
3.3. Do not spam, flood, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
3.4. Do not share links to external websites, especially those containing inappropriate content.
3.5. Keep conversations relevant to gameplay and the community. Commercial solicitation and advertising are prohibited.
4. Fair Play
4.1. Play fairly and honestly. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools undermines the experience for everyone.
4.2. Do not intentionally disrupt games for other players (griefing, rage-quitting repeatedly, or deliberate poor play to sabotage teammates).
4.3. Win and lose with grace. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
4.4. Report bugs and vulnerabilities to our support team rather than exploiting them.
5. Account Security
5.1. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
5.2. Do not attempt to access another user's account.
5.3. Do not impersonate other users, staff, or any other person or entity.
5.4. Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans.
6. Content Standards
6.1. Profile images and display names must be appropriate for all ages.
6.2. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
6.3. Do not share personal information (yours or anyone else's) in public areas of the platform.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
7.1. If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, report it immediately using our in-game reporting tools or by contacting support@simulatedconcepts.com.
7.2. All reports are reviewed by our team. We take every report seriously, especially those involving child safety.
7.3. False or malicious reporting is itself a violation of these guidelines.
8. Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning: A formal notice for minor or first-time violations
- Temporary suspension: Restricted access for a specified period
- Permanent ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations
- Legal referral: Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activity, especially involving the safety of minors
The severity of the response is at our discretion and depends on the nature and severity of the violation.
9. Parents and Guardians
9.1. Parents are encouraged to actively monitor their children's activity using the parental controls provided.
9.2. Parents are responsible for explaining these guidelines to their children in age-appropriate terms.
9.3. If your child reports concerning behavior from another user, please help them submit a report or contact us directly.
10. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the Service.
