Getting Started
Creating an Account
To join Simulated Concepts, click Register in the top navigation bar. You will need to provide:
- A valid email address
- A display name
- A password that meets our security requirements
After submitting the registration form, check your email for a verification link. Your account will be activated once you confirm your email address.
Account Types
- Player -- access to all free games on the platform
- Premium -- subscription account with access to every game in our catalog
- Parent -- access to free games plus the ability to create and manage child accounts
- Child -- a managed account linked to a parent, with access only to parent-approved games
Account Management
Manage your account settings by clicking your name in the top navigation bar and selecting Profile.
- Display name -- update how your name appears on the platform
- Email address -- change your email (requires re-verification)
- Password -- change your password at any time
- Login history -- review recent login activity on your account
Membership and Billing
Subscription Plans
Premium membership unlocks access to every game on the platform. Two plans are available:
- Monthly -- $19.95 per month
- Yearly -- $200.00 per year (saves approximately $40 compared to monthly billing)
Upgrading to Premium
To upgrade, click your name in the top navigation and select Membership. Choose your preferred plan and follow the prompts to complete payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Membership page. After cancellation:
- Your premium access continues through the end of your current billing period
- Your account reverts to the free player tier when the period expires
- Your account data, game history, and progress are preserved
Refunds
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please report a billing issue and our team will review your case.
For Parents
Parent accounts have access to tools for managing their children's experience on the platform.
- Creating child accounts -- go to Profile and select My Children to add a new child account
- Managing game access -- choose which games each child can play
- Communication settings -- control whether your child can use chat features
- Activity monitoring -- review play history and chat logs
- Time limits -- set daily play windows and session durations

Games and Gameplay
Finding Games
Games are organized into four categories:
- Classic Games -- traditional games reimagined for the digital platform
- Child Development -- games designed to support learning and cognitive growth
- Strategy and Puzzles -- games that challenge critical thinking and problem-solving
- Family and Party -- multiplayer games for group play
Playing a Game
Select a game from the catalog to view its details, including a description, category, and whether it supports multiplayer. Click Play to launch the game in your browser -- no downloads or plugins are required.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer games connect you with other players in real time. When you enter a multiplayer game, you are placed in a game room where you can play with others who are online.

Browser Requirements
Simulated Concepts runs in modern web browsers. For the best experience, we recommend:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Safari 16 or later
JavaScript and WebGL must be enabled in your browser settings. Games require WebAssembly support, which is included in all modern browsers listed above.
Connection Issues
If you experience lag or disconnections during multiplayer games:
- Check your internet connection stability
- Close other applications that may be using bandwidth
- Try refreshing the page to reconnect
- If the problem persists, report a technical issue
